Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ashton Intelligence, LLC (“Ashton Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit ashtonintelligence.com, communicate with us, send an inquiry by email, or use scheduling options available through the site.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you send us an email, schedule through Calendly, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, organization, industry or organization type, and the information you choose to include about your needs, goals, participants, tools, concerns, or other topics. Information typed into the Contact or AI Training email-composer interface is processed locally in your browser and is not received by Ashton Intelligence unless you send the resulting email.

Scheduling information. If you choose to schedule a consultation through Calendly, Calendly may collect the contact, availability, time-zone, and meeting information you provide during scheduling.

Technical and usage information. When you visit the site, our hosting, security, and analytics services may process information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, and the date and time of a request. This information is used to operate, secure, maintain, and understand use of the site.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with you.
  • Prepare for and coordinate consultations, services, and training.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
  • Understand site traffic and how visitors use the website.
  • Comply with applicable law, enforce our rights, and prevent misuse or fraud.

Email-composer interfaces and email delivery

The Contact and AI Training inquiry interfaces do not submit information to WordPress, Jetpack Forms, or another server-side form endpoint. “Open Email” constructs a mailto link locally and opens your configured email application with a draft message. “Copy Email Draft” copies the recipient, subject, and inquiry text locally for you to paste into an email service; if clipboard access is blocked, the interface provides a manual-copy option. You must review and send the message yourself.

Information entered into these interfaces is not received or stored by Ashton Intelligence merely because it was typed into the page. Ashton Intelligence receives inquiry information only if you send the email. Emails sent to contact@ashtonintelligence.com are processed through Ashton Intelligence’s Google Workspace/Gmail environment, and Google may process the message and its contents as our email service provider.

Calendly scheduling

Calendly is a separate, optional scheduling service. The Contact and AI Training interfaces do not require an inquiry to be saved before Calendly is available, do not pass inquiry-form entries to Calendly, and do not prefill Calendly from those interfaces.

If you choose to schedule, you interact directly with Calendly and provide information to Calendly separately. A meeting is scheduled only if you select an available time and complete Calendly’s scheduling process. Calendly handles that information under its own privacy practices.

Hosting, analytics, and cookies

The website is hosted by IONOS and is built using WordPress. IONOS and other infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to serve pages, maintain availability, secure the site, and diagnose problems.

We use Jetpack Stats to understand website traffic and usage, such as page views, referring sources, and general technical or geographic information. WordPress, Jetpack, the hosting platform, and embedded third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for site functions, security, preferences, analytics, or embedded content. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking some cookies may affect site functions.

Third-party websites and services linked from our site operate under their own privacy policies, and this Privacy Policy does not govern their independent practices.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and communicate with you, including IONOS, Automattic/Jetpack, Google Workspace, Calendly, and providers supporting website security or maintenance.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or misuse, or complete a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Data retention

We retain emails we receive, correspondence, scheduling information available to us, and related business records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide requested services, maintain appropriate administrative and business records, resolve disputes, protect the site, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and the reason it was collected. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or request restrictions on the use of certain personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Some exceptions may apply. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You can choose not to use Calendly and contact us directly instead. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. If you receive marketing or business-development email from us, you may ask us to stop sending those communications by using any opt-out method provided in the message, replying to the message, or contacting us directly.

Children’s privacy

This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices, services, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
